at this Mastermind Internet Workshop 3/23/2007. I have to say it ended up being a
very interesting experience and I met and shared the stage with a lot of amazing people including:
Rod Cook. A very amazing and tall man. I found out that in addition to being
a consultant to almost any up and coming multi-million dollar business opportunity company,
he is also a stand in for a national business radio show and does acquisitions and mergers. I found Rod Cook truly
cares about the independent distributors of the world and although he has no need
for another activity, founding the Distributor Rights Association is what he does to

Tony Policci Tony is a very accomplished copy writer. He and his brother
Joe Polish worked on the "Piranha Marketing" tape seminar package together. I had
purchased this earlier from Nightingale-Conant for $400.00, and I was not the only one,
they have sold many world wide. If you don't know, Nightingale-Conant is a very large
publishing house of success books, tapes, and seminars.
I have had the great pleasure of making friends with Tony, he and I share a lot of
the same values regarding business and family, and just seemed to make a good connection.
Tony truly wants to help businesses succeed, and he does it thru copy writing and

Marlon Sanders. Marlon is probably the most famous marketer on the internet.
And he is very tall. (What is with these tall successful guys?) Marlon was the best
speaker at the conference. He talks a mile a minute, but he speaks clearly so you
know what he is saying. He could also have made a great living as a stand up comedian,
his speeches kept us laughing furiously.
Marlon and I shared diet cokes in the hotel lounge late in the evening after the
seminar for 2 hours. This guy is one of the most intelligent men I have ever spoke
with. His mind just blows out ideas, his creativity is astounding.
Marlon is also a truly genuine and nice man. Such a nice trait to find in such

Matt Rockwell, Brian McMullen, and Sherman Unkefer. Wow, there is a top producing
trio. Each of these men make over a million dollars a year in their respective fields.
Again, each of them are real gentlemen and very approachable.
Tom's speech was too short. He had all of us thoroughly entertained.
Tom has the #1 business radio show on the morning Denver, Colorado market. He also has
a syndicated nationwide business opportunity radio show.
Tom's talk about how he has been a recovering alcoholic for 20 years was very inspiring,
He went from the gutter to a very successful radio broadcaster, business
marketer, acquisitions, and mergers. His speech just made you feel like you had no
excuse for not succeeding.

Rights for City Portal Director in regards to territory. Portal Director agrees that there is no protected territory for Portal Director. Portal Director may sell advertising for Portal Director's assigned portal to any person, business, or area in the world. Portal Director understands that no other entity can sell premium listings for Portal Director's assigned portal without the permission of Portal Director. Portal Director understands that other Portal Directors may sell advertising to any person or business in the town with the same name as Portal Directors portal. Only one portal will be built per town. Portal director has control of assigned portal.
